1. Where/how did you get your inspiration/idea?
When I was looking for background images online, I came across a picture of king kong on the empire state building. This intriguing image inspired me to create a scenario where clones of myself are climbing on top of the New York city skyline. i also visited NYC a few months ago, and remember this exact same view, which added a personal touch.
2. What did you struggle with and/or discover while using photoshop?
While using photoshop, I ran into a few problems. I was unsure how to go back to my clones and touch up the background, and I had trouble adding new layers to my background. With the help of my classmates, I fixed these problems.
3. What E's and P's did you use, and how did you use them?
I used several Elements and principles of design while working on my "Clone Yourself" assignment. I made sure to use balance in my final product by spreading out my clones evenly among the background. I also used proportion by making the clones larger on the closer buildings, and smaller clones on further buildings. I also demonstrated movement by showing my clones in motion.
